Abstract

The article describes the status of the problem of chronic pharyngitis – the lack of modern etiopathogenetic
classification, subjective review approach to diagnosis, etc. The role of allergic inflammation in the formation of
chronic pharyngitis was evaluated and the diagnostic algorithm was proposed.
