Requirements for scientific articles submitted by authors for publication

The editors consider articles that have not previously been published, and which are not under consideration in the editions of other publications. Scientific articles must comply with the decree of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine No. 7-05\1 of January 15, 2003 “On increasing the requirements for professional publications included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of Ukraine”.

General requirements for the structure of scientific articles:

2. Recent studies and publications on which the author relies, highlighting the unresolved parts of the general problem to which this article is devoted;

Scientific articles are anonymously peer-reviewed by experienced experts - members of the editorial board of the journal, its editorial board or experts from other countries. Reviewers evaluate the relevance, current methodological level, the reliability and scientific novelty of the results of the article, as well as the compliance of its design with the requirements of the publisher. If the reviewer recommends correcting or finalizing the article, the editorial office sends the author an anonymous review text to make the corresponding changes. The date the article enters the journal is the day the editorial office receives the final version of the text. The editorial board reserves the right to edit the article without distorting its content. If the article was processed by the author in the process of preparation for publication, the date of receipt is considered the day of receipt of the final text.

The final decision on the publication of the article and its timing is made by the editorial board, about which the editorial staff informs the author. The priority of publication is set in accordance with the editorial plan of the journal.
